Our third-place winner, Josiah, got to choose the topic of our next blog entry! He asked us to write about Minecraft. For this post, we are going to interview the characters from our books about how they would play Minecraft.
First question: Do you play Minecraft?
Mouse: Yes! I love to play Minecraft!
George (Mouse's brother): I play Minecraft every day with my siblings.
Mouse's parents: We usually don't have time for Minecraft because we need to keep track of our children. We did not do a good job with taking care of Mouse.
Gobble Gobble: I secretly play Minecraft with my other turkey friends.
Rosie: I am too little to play Minecraft.
Penny: Yes, I do play Minecraft. I like to have a bunch of pennies.
Polly: Yes, I play Minecraft because I love to explore.
Colorful the Parrot: I love to play Minecraft!
Scarlett: Yes I do.
Melinda: I prefer to eat actual food.
Next question: What do you like to do when you play Minecraft?
Mouse: I love to build lots of different types of houses.
George: I like to watch Mouse play!
Gobble Gobble: I love to eat Thanksgiving dinner.
Penny: I already told you, I like to get a bunch of pennies.
Polly: I like to explore the jungle and the city, at the water and at the beach.
Colorful the Parrott: I like to try to build the tallest building ever!
Scarlett: I love animals, so I like to make a farm with lots of types of cute little animals.
Very interesting. Another question: do you like to play alone or with other people?
Mouse: I love to play with George and Henriette, my sister.
Gobble Gobble: I like to play with my other turkey friends.
Penny: I like to play with Polly and Colorful!
Scarlett: I like to play with my little sister Hannah.
That's very fun! How often do you all play Minecraft, and for how long?
Mouse: my siblings and I like to play for 20 hours every day.
Gobble Gobble: Me and my pals play whenever we feel like it.
Penny: Polly and Colorful and I usually play for 3 hours every week. We are busy flying around on real life adventures!
Scarlett: Me and Hannah only play 1 hour every day.
